Seay HR has been supporting Central Florida businesses since 1966. Originally founded as Seay Management Consultants, we have dedicated the last six decades to helping business owners navigate the complexities of HR with confidence, clarity, and care.
In 2023, Seay entered a new chapter. After successfully growing and exiting an HR company in Hawaii, Marci LaRouech became our third-generation owner. Since taking the reins, Marci has focused on preserving the company’s legacy while evolving its services to meet the needs of today’s small and mid-sized businesses.
Her vision is rooted in long-term relationships, deep HR expertise, and an unwavering commitment to helping business owners focus on what they do best—running their businesses.
