Emily joined the Seay Management Team in 2025, managing the Talent Acquisition process for our clients.

She partners with our consultants to develop comprehensive job descriptions, manages job posting, and conducts first round interviews to find the best candidates. Emily has over 10 years of Human Resources experience including payroll, benefits administration, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

She attend Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu, Hawaii.
