She has served in senior HR roles across PEO, retail, nonprofit, and corporate environments, partnering closely with executives to strengthen culture, improve retention, and elevate organizational performance.

Linda’s expertise spans leadership coaching, organizational design, talent development, and strategic workforce planning. Known for her practical, relationship-driven approach, she is a trusted advisor to leaders navigating sensitive HR matters, restructures, and evolving business needs.

She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and professional certifications including SPHR, PROSCI, Hogan Assessment, and DISC.

In her spare time she enjoys begin outdoors on the water, spending time with family, friends, and her dog Remi.
