As a trusted business partner and strategic HR advisor, Robin supports organizations of all sizes and various industries from start-ups to mature, leading through complex compliance challenges and transformational change. She has supported teams up to 3,500 employees, guiding executive leadership and workforces with HR expertise, collaborating across 21 U.S. states concurrently. She has created and managed HR and other departments, aligning HR operations with business objectives, and delivering tailored solutions to achieve organizational goals.
Robin’s consulting approach is rooted in innovation, resilience, commitment to excellence, and delivering high quality results. She excels at diagnosing organizational needs and implements HR best practices across the full HR continuum to improve retention, workplace culture, and employee engagement while optimizing business operations. Her expertise spans HR department creation, building teams, employment life cycle, leadership development, employment law and regulatory compliance, M&A integrations, training programs, employee relations and conflict resolution, investigations, reductions in force and realignments, HRIS system integration, vendor contract negotiations, and data driven analyses. She has also served as Chief Compliance Officer.
Robin earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from George Washington University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Administration from Saint Leo University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR), Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Certified Healthcare Human Resources Professional (CHHR), and Certified Professional Coder (CPC).
Dedicated to client success, Robin enjoys mentoring HR professionals, and volunteering with worthwhile organizations which promote education and economic empowerment. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and family, including the “fur babies”.
