In honor of National Pet Day, we would like to introduce you to the pets of Seay HR!
Wendy’s Full House
Wendy’s home office is a bustling hub of activity with a five-member crew keeping her on her toes.
- Kylie: This 9-year-old teacup yorkie is loving and a professional clinger. As the self-appointed boss of the house, she tells everyone when it’s time for bed.
- Kittan: A sweet 10-year-old orange tabby who specializes in long stretches and affectionate head butts.
- Millie: A 6-year-old all-black cat who is independent and meows way too much.
- Moon (Moon Pie): The baby of the bunch. This gray fluff ball loves to be held like a baby and is the queen of nighttime snuggling.
- Charlie: A 2-year-old all-white bunny with a big personality. He enjoys eating, snuggling, and watching cartoons.
Remote Work Life: Wendy’s dog Kylie enjoys a front-row seat in a chair right next to her desk. However, the cats are always looking for their 15 minutes of fame. Wendy has to relocate them before meetings, or they will join the video call.
Sissy’s Security Detail
Sissy’s work-from-home pal is Kaya, a 9.5-year-old “committee of breeds.” While she was originally believed to be a lab mix, DNA tests showed that she’s actually 50% German Shepherd, 25% Weimaraner, and 25% Golden Retriever.
- Personality Quirk: Kaya tries to set records for how many balls and extra-large toys she can fit in her mouth at once.
- The Bodyguard: Kaya has strong opinions. She acts as a furry security guard, positioning herself to block or escort Sissy away, depending on the vibe she picks up from others.
Remote Work Life: Kaya is Sissy’s built-in wellness coach. When she decides Sissy has been staring at the screen too long, she uses her nose to push Sissy’s hands off the keyboard. She’s a built-in reminder to take breaks
Robin’s Dynamic Quartet
Robin and her husband Bill share their Winter Garden home with four fur babies who each bring a different energy to the workday.
- Beauregard Jasper “Beau”: This 4-year-old goldendoodle is convinced every visitor is there just to see him. Extremely loving, Beau puts on a show with so much “Beauness”. He often lays beside Robin’s desk chair, resting his paw and head against her, to let her know he’s there to be loved.
- Nori Noelle: A 6-year-old beauceron with ears that can pick up sounds a block away. As a herding dog, her “job” is watching over the cats. Nori is Beau’s best friend and a loyal protector of her loved ones.
- Calypso: A 10-month-old calico rescue who is curious and rambunctious. Her favorite hobby? Shredding paper. She lives life fully and loudly!
- Captain Jack Sparrow: Calypso’s brother is a 10-month-old gray and white long-haired cat. Unlike his sister, Jack is the king of chill. He’s taught Robin the importance of just “being” and moving without hurry.
Remote Work Life: Robin’s office is never lonely. With Beau at her feet and Nori on patrol, she has constant reminders of unconditional love and protection throughout the day.
