Michael Willis is a Senior Human Resources Management consultant with many years of broad experience in the corporate world of Human Resources and who is currently an Alliance partner with Seay Management Consultants. Mike served in the Human Resources Management field for 40+ years with various Fortune 500 organizations, municipal governments, private companies and nearly 30 years as Vice-President of Human Resources for a large family-owned retail organization in Central Florida. Mike earned a BA degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida in Tampa, has completed numerous Human Resources Management seminars, and holds a certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with the Society for Human Resources Management.
Michael’s expertise, particularly with employee relations issues and possessing a general knowledge of employment and work force enhancement matters, offers a unique and innovative consulting approach to resolving today’s HR challenges. In addition, Mike is an expert in HR Best Practices, employment policy, resolution of employee conflict, management training and development and state and federal employment regulations.
Michael currently resides in Central Florida, is originally from North Carolina and grew up in the Tampa area with his parents and three siblings. He has four children and is a grandfather to three. He enjoys fishing, biking, and golf whenever time and weather permit. We are so pleased to have Mike as a part of our team.
