Bringing extensive consulting and internal HR expertise, Jackie has supported teams of up to 300 employees and collaborated closely with executive leadership to align people operations with business goals.

Jackie’s skill set spans talent management, compliance, employee relations, and leadership development, and she is passionate about fostering high-performing, inclusive cultures through thoughtful recruitment practices, employee engagement, and policy development.

Jackie is incredibly excited about her return to Seay Management Consultants as an HR Consultant. She looks forward to partnering with organizations to address complex HR challenges and develop sustainable workplace strategies.
